Nua Intervals ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Nua Intervals is an offline-first app. Your workout programs and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not require accounts, logins, or any form of registration.

Apple Health (watchOS only)

On Apple Watch, with your explicit permission, the app accesses heart rate and active energy burned data from Apple Health during workouts. Completed workout sessions are saved back to Apple Health. This data stays within Apple's Health ecosystem and is never transmitted to our servers.

Google Fonts (mobile only)

The mobile app loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This network request may expose your IP address to Google. No other data is shared. See Google Fonts Privacy for details.

Data Storage

All your interval programs, settings, and workout history are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not shared with any third parties.

Third-Party Services

Nua Intervals does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party network request is to Google Fonts for font loading (mobile app only).

Children's Privacy

Nua Intervals does not require accounts or collect identifying information. No data is transmitted to our servers from any user, including children under 13 years of age.
